초록
공연예술은 상이한 역할을 담당하는 사람들의 집합적인 참여에 의해서 이루어지는 종합예술로, 다차원적인 맥락을 가지고 있다. 공연예술기록의 정리와 기술 과정에서 반드시 표현이 되어야 하는 맥락을 작품과 공연기획의 관계, 공연기획과 개별공연의 관계, 공연과 생산자의 관계, 기록과 기록의 관계, 공연과 기록의 관계로 상세하게 분석하고, 이러한 맥락을 논리적으로 표현하기 위한 방법론으로 각 요소별 관계 구성에 의한 계층형 구조를 제안하였고, 기록의 내적 관계를 표현하기 위한 기록정리의 계열화 모형을 제안하였다.
Abstract
Performing arts are composite art forms made through the collective participation of people who are responsible for a variety of roles with a multidimensional context. This study presents an analysis of the context to be expressed in the process of the arrangement and description of records of performing arts, with a focus on the relationship between performance work and performance planning, the relationship between performance planning and individual performance, the relationship between performance and people who participated in the performance, relationship between records and records, and the relationship between performance and records. With this, this study proposes a logical hierarchical structure that is required to express the context of the inner relationship of performing arts archives. It also suggests a model of sequential organization to describe the inner logic of the relationship between records and records.

본 연구에서는 과거의 기억을 모으는 기관의 정책 수립에 도움이 될 수 있는 디지털 큐레이션 프레임워크를 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌 연구를 수행하였고, 선행연구 및 디지털 큐레이션 모형들을 살펴보았으며, 역사전공자에 대한 표적집단면접법(FGI)을 실시하였다. 본 프레임워크는 거시적인 기록정보서비스를 개발할 때 참조할 수 있는 추상적인 모델이며, 다음과 같은 시사점을 가지고 있다. 첫째, 데이터 생명주기를 고려하였으며 단계별 연계 활동을 강조하였다. 둘째, 역사 정보의 속성 상 동일한 내용이 다양한 기관에 의해 노출되어 지는데 그 정보는 국가별로 기관별로 다른 가치를 가지게 된다. 그러므로 정확한 가치 판단을 위해서는 관련 기관의 기능 및 데이터 정리 체계를 설명하는 기반 시스템이 필요하다는 것을 강조하였다. 셋째, 본 프레임워크를 통해 기존 기록정보시스템을 진단할 수가 있었다. 넷째, 기 구축된 콘텐츠를 활용하여 이용자를 고려한 콘텐츠 재활용 방안을 제안해야 한다는 것을 강조하였다. 마지막으로 본 프레임워크를 통해 다양한 시스템을 하나로 모으고, 그 맥락 안에서 다양한 업무 프로세스가 가동하도록 유도하는 것이 중요함을 확인하였다.
Abstract
This study suggested a digital curation framework for supporting the digital policy of institutes that collect memory. As such, it conducted a literature review and an analysis of digital curation models, as well as a focus-group interview of historians and graduate students majoring in historical studies. In this study, digital curation framework refers to an abstract model for supporting policy development and the planning for a high-level view of the archival information service. This implications of this framework are as follows: (1) to emphasize the data life cycle and connection between stages and actions; (2) to make an infra-schema for understanding institutes that create, arrange, or store specific data as the same history contents have to be provided by different institutes and as there are differences in the data’s value; (3) to check the present conditions of information services and their systems; (4) to consider the practical applications of contents that have been collected and stored; and (5) to converge all data in one system through the framework and activate diverse works in the context of the framework.
